Saline County Marriage and Voter White Pages

The Saline County Clerk files marriage licenses, voter rolls, DBA forms, and minister credentials. The Saline office also serves as the official voter registrar for the county. Marriage licenses are good for use at any Arkansas ceremony. Both people have to show up with a valid photo ID. The fee is $60. The license stays good for 60 days from the file date.

A Saline DBA, or assumed business name, is filed for sole owners and partners. The fee is $25 for a five-year run. The Saline County Clerk also holds minister credentials for anyone who plans to run a wedding in Arkansas.

Birth and death records for Saline County come from the Arkansas Department of Health, Vital Records Division. Birth certificates are $12 for the first copy. Death certificates are $10 for the first copy. Extra copies of the same Saline record ordered at the same time are less.
